About Tamara

tammy

Tamara Lelie is a graduate of UCLA and the University of Paris (Sorbonne IV) and was the National Marketing Director for TV5MONDE from 2004-2009. Just prior, Ms. Lelie managed staff in Sales and Distribution for NBCUniversal's Cable Networks (USA Network, SCI FI, MSNBC, CNBC, Telemundo and BRAVO) and she has spoken in front of tens of thousands as a Trainer for them as well.  Most recently, Ms. Lelie serves as the Branch Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties.  She is also a certified yoga instructor and has training in relationship/communication coaching (certified by celebrity relationship expert Dr.Ava Cadell) as well as the Sedona Method. Her TIMEOUT RETREATS have garnered national media attention.

Tamara’s path to yoga was paved by her own endless search for sanity while working in the entertainment industry rat race. She loves Hatha Yoga because it shows us a way to “have it all” and balance career and relationships while Kundalini Yoga is fascinating to her because it balances the energy centers within our bodies. Tamara firmly understands that once we have a balanced foundation, we have the ability to manifest any goal into creation as creating balance is one of the keys to stress reduction and essential for creating health, happiness, peace and ultimately direct access to our own self-guidance/intuition!  Tamara lives in California and divides her time between Sonoma County and Los Angeles.
