As a certified Kundalini/Hatha Yoga Instructor and Life/Love coach (specializing in romance and opposite sex communication), Tamara Lelie Skinner is a human toolkit for teaching balance. Based in Sonoma County with her husband, she is founder of TIME OUT RETREAT and also teaches yoga at the renowned Solage Spa in Calistoga (rated #1 spa in the country by Conde Nast Traveller).

A graduate of UCLA and the University of Paris (Sorbonne IV), Tamara was the National Marketing/PR Director for globally distributed TV network, TV5MONDE, from 2004-2009. Just prior, Tamara managed staff in sales, training and distribution for NBC Universal's Cable Networks (USA Network, SCI FI, MSNBC, CNBC, Telemundo and BRAVO).  Tamara also served on the board of directors for Utah Cable Telecommunications Association and was a member of the Cable Telecommunications Association for Marketing and Women in Cable and Telecommunications.  Tamara’s personal path to yoga and meditation was paved by her own endless search for balance and peace of mind while working in the entertainment industry rat race, and was ultimately inspired by her mom's terminal cancer diagnosis. Tamara lives by the motto "Life's too short not to skip to the good parts".
